1. Introduction Welcome to Unique Mobile Diag /DBA Heights Telecom VoIP Services. By using our VoIP services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description Our VoIP services allow users to make and receive voice calls over the internet. These services are subject to availability, network conditions, and device compatibility.
3. User Eligibility To use our VoIP services, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a legal guardian. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the service complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
4. Account Registration and Security You must register an account to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
5. Acceptable Use Policy Users must not use our VoIP services for illegal, fraudulent, or abusive activities, including but not limited to spam calls, harassment, and unauthorized access to networks.
6. Emergency Services VoIP services may not support emergency calling (e.g., 911, 112) in all locations. Users should ensure alternative means of contacting emergency services.
7. Service Fees and Billing Charges for VoIP services may apply and will be outlined in the pricing plan. Fees are billed periodically, and failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
8. Service Limitations and Liability We do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for service interruptions, data loss, or any damages resulting from the use of our VoIP services.
9. Privacy Policy We collect and process user data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection, use, and sharing of your information as described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Termination and Suspension We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our services if you violate these terms, fail to pay applicable fees, or engage in prohibited activities.
