Voicemail Box Setup
Recording Your Personal Voicemail Greeting

Press the Messages button
.

Enter the PIN provided to you by your Administrator, followed by the # key. (If requested)

Select option 8 for personal options.

Select option 0 to record your voicemail greeting.

Follow the voice prompts to record and check your greeting.
Commonly Used Features
Placing Outgoing Calls
When the phone is not in use:

Pick up the handset or press the Speakerphone button
.

Dial tone will be heard.
Hold
Placing a call on hold:
Retrieving calls on hold:
Mute
- To mute the microphone on a call, press the Mute button
.
- To unmute the microphone, press the Mute button
again.
Transferring Calls
Cold Transfer (transfers immediately)
- Press the Transfer soft (xfer) key during an active call.
- Enter the number you want to transfer to.
- Press the Transfer soft key
Warm Transfer (option to talk before transferring call)
- Press the Transfer soft key (xfer) during an active call.
- Enter the number you want to transfer to and press the Dial soft key.
- Press the Transfer soft key when the second party answers.
Volume Adjustment
In-Call Volume:
While on a call, press the + or - buttons to raise or lower the volume.
Ringer Volume:
While the phone is not in use, press the + or - buttons to adjust the ringer volume on the phone.
Redial
- Press the Redial key
when the phone is idle to dial out the last dialed number.
- Press the CallLog soft key to visit the list of recent calls to select a different previous call.
DND Do-Not-Disturb
Activate or Deactivate "Do Not Disturb" (DND) by pressing the designated DND soft-menu button or navigating through the menu to Features > DND.
Conference Calls
· While on a call, press Conference
· Dial number or press a speed dial
· Press Conference again and all parties
will be connected
